Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick found a clever twist on zombie uprisings with Zombieland, and now they're giving us a look at the aftermath of a failed robot revolution, with their new movie Epsilon. Which just found itself a somewhat surprising director.
THR is reporting that showrunner Greg Berlanti, who has worked on Arrow, Tomorrow People, and No Ordinary Family, will direct Epsilon, which takes place after a robot uprising has failed.
In Epsilon, our planet has been almost completely cleansed of all electronic devices. The surviving robots live in a space station, with human lab rats which they are training to be their agents on Earth. Which sounds totally bizarre. This should be interesting.
